Velvet Rose has the same beautiful finish as our original Velvet Matte but now with added rose Gold flakes for a beautiful opulent finish.

Velvet Rose Matte Top Coat is much stronger and durable than normal matte top coat and it is highly scratch resistant.

DIRECTIONS:

• Apply over gel polish color coat. Cure with LED or UV light.
• LED Cure Time - 30 Seconds. UV Cure Time - 2 Minutes.
• Please note that this is a non-wipe velvet matte gel polish top coat, so no tacky layer.
