Wiccan - Matte Top Coat 15ml

Wiccan has the same beautiful finish as our original Velvet Matte but now with added white glitter to create a stunning effect.

An essential part of a gel polish tool kit.

Wiccan Matte Top Coat is much stronger and durable than normal matte top coat and it is highly scratch resistant.

DIRECTIONS:

Apply over gel polish color coat. Cure with LED or UV light.

LED Cure Time - 30 Seconds. UV Cure Time - 2 Minutes.

Please note that this is a non-wipe velvet matte gel polish top coat, so no tacky layer.
